SEO and web development for a digital marketing agency in Bogotá, with sites for Colombia and Ecuador

10 industry landing pages and 10 city pages: every agency search has its own URL

Since Marketing went from 56 to 716 Google clicks per quarter on agenciasincemarketing.com as the site grew by industry and city. Julián Franco built it in Jekyll in February 2025, and in August 2026 added one landing page per industry and migrated its 10 city pages, for agency searches that name a type of business or a place. They're grouped in two hubs, /sectores/ and /ciudades/:

• Industries: law firms, clinics, schools, car dealers, builders, ecommerce, B2B, hotels, real estate and restaurants.
• Cities: Barranquilla, Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Cali, Manizales, Medellín, Pereira, Tunja, Villavicencio and Zipaquirá.

Each service has its own page with published prices and visible FAQs, and blog posts carry authorship linked in schema. Today agenciasincemarketing.com publishes 76 URLs.

Decision 2 · Headings

H2 and H3 headings rewritten from 3,913 Search Console rows: position 6.7 for «agencias de publicidad»

Since Marketing ranks at an average position of 6.7 for "agencias de publicidad" (advertising agencies), with 19 clicks in the last quarter. The headings were written with the words people already use on Google to reach each page: on September 28, 2026 the Colombian site's headings were rewritten from 3,913 rows of URL × query data from Search Console, and the Ecuadorian site's from 1,590 rows.

In October the Colombian site moved to Cloudflare Pages, with the redirects for old URLs loaded in bulk.

Decision 3 · Ecuador

A dedicated domain to sell in Ecuador: from 18 clicks in March to 147 in 30 days

Since Marketing went from 18 clicks in March 2026 to 147 in the last 30 days with agenciamarketingecuador.com, a dedicated domain launched on February 18, 2026. Today that site publishes 63 URLs: pages for Quito, Guayaquil, Cuenca, Ambato, Loja and Manta, 7 services, 2 pricing pages, 2 industry pages and 34 articles. The Colombian site's post about Guayaquil has a canonical pointing to the Ecuadorian domain, so the two sites don't compete for the same search.

In September the Ecuadorian site's technical SEO was done in phases: LCP, JavaScript, schema and images, which went from 1.2 MB to between 153 and 339 KB. In October a page went live explaining how the agency works: the team works from Bogotá and the client records with their phone.
