Before hiring any developer or SEO consultant, you should know exactly what you’re getting, when, and how. Here’s all of it.

What it's like to work with Julián Franco: the process no agency explains

Book a call

Most agencies ask you to trust them without giving you any information. Here it works differently: before you commit a single dollar, you know exactly what happens at every stage.

The process, in 4 stages

Initial diagnostic

What gets evaluated? Your site's current state (speed, technical SEO, structure), competition in your sector, real growth opportunities.

How does it work? A live 60-minute video call + a deliverable document with findings, priorities, and concrete recommendations. You keep the diagnostic even if you don't hire me for the project.

Just want to explore first? If what you need is a quick 15-minute call to see if there's a fit before committing, that's free.

PS: The cost of the initial diagnostic is fully deducted from the total value of your service if you decide to hire me afterward.

Custom proposal

What's included? Exact project scope, a fixed price with no surprises, real timelines, and success metrics defined before we start.

How is it presented? In writing, in a document you can review at your own pace. No pressure to close.

What if I don't accept? No problem at all. The diagnostic is yours and you can use it with whoever you want.

Development and milestones

How is it organized? The project is split into milestones with concrete dates. You get a review at each milestone and can give feedback.

How often are the updates? At least once a week during active development.

Can I request changes? Yes, within the agreed scope. Changes outside scope are quoted separately, with no surprises.

Delivery and follow-up

What does delivery include? Full access to all the files, training so you can manage the content yourself (if you want to — otherwise, that's what you're paying me for), and a post-launch adjustment period.

What happens after launch? Performance follow-up during the first month. If something isn't working as projected, it gets fixed.

Are there monthly costs? No. Your site is yours. Hosting on GitHub Pages is free for life.

What sets my web development process apart

Most web development agencies work with generic templates, budgets that change mid-project, and inconsistent communication.

Here, one person is accountable for your project: me. No outsourcing, no getting passed between teams, no losing context between conversations.

That means more speed, more consistency, and more accountability.

Frequently asked questions about the process

How long does a full project take?

A new website takes 3 to 6 weeks depending on scope. A WordPress migration with SEO can take 4 to 8 weeks. Exact timelines are defined in the proposal.

How is payment structured?

50% at project start, 50% on final delivery. For larger projects, intermediate payment milestones can be agreed on. 100% upfront is never required.

What do I need to have ready before we start?

Your domain registered in your name, access to Google Search Console if you already have a site, and clarity on your core services and the audience you want to reach. We build the rest together.
