What gets evaluated? Your site's current state (speed, technical SEO, structure), competition in your sector, real growth opportunities.
How does it work? A live 60-minute video call + a deliverable document with findings, priorities, and concrete recommendations. You keep the diagnostic even if you don't hire me for the project.

2 Custom proposal
What's included? Exact project scope, a fixed price with no surprises, real timelines, and success metrics defined before we start.
How is it presented? In writing, in a document you can review at your own pace. No pressure to close.
What if I don't accept? No problem at all. The diagnostic is yours and you can use it with whoever you want.
3 Development and milestones
How is it organized? The project is split into milestones with concrete dates. You get a review at each milestone and can give feedback.
How often are the updates? At least once a week during active development.
Can I request changes? Yes, within the agreed scope. Changes outside scope are quoted separately, with no surprises.
4 Delivery and follow-up
What does delivery include? Full access to all the files, training so you can manage the content yourself (if you want to — otherwise, that's what you're paying me for), and a post-launch adjustment period.
What happens after launch? Performance follow-up during the first month. If something isn't working as projected, it gets fixed.
Are there monthly costs? No. Your site is yours. Hosting on GitHub Pages is free for life.
