Introduction
This Policy explains which tracking technologies juli.com.co (hereinafter the “Site”) uses, what data they collect and how you can manage them. It should be read together with the Privacy policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device when you visit them. They are used to make the site work properly and to collect information about how it is used.
Technologies we use
1. Local storage (localStorage)
The Site uses the browser’s local storage to save your visual theme preference (light or dark mode). This data:
- Is not a cookie in the technical sense.
- Is not sent to any server.
- Remains only on your device.
- Can be deleted by clearing the site’s data from your browser.
2. Google Tag Manager
The Site uses Google Tag Manager (GTM), a tag management system from Google. GTM acts as a container that loads and manages other measurement tools. On its own, it may set technical cookies needed for it to function. All GTM activity is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
3. Google Analytics
Google Analytics is loaded through Google Tag Manager and collects anonymized data about how the Site is used:
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
_ga | Identify unique users | 2 years |
_gid | Identify sessions | 24 hours |
_gat | Throttle the request rate | 1 minute |
The data collected includes pages visited, time spent, device type and traffic source. The IP address is anonymized before it is stored. Google Analytics is a third-party service subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
4. GitHub Pages
The Site is hosted on GitHub Pages (Microsoft). GitHub may set its own technical cookies related to the operation of its infrastructure, over which the Owner has no control. See the GitHub Privacy Statement for more information.
